A Letter to BCDC Design Review Board regarding the Ferry Project

While Berkeley officials seem to be fully in support of a ferry that could be very disruptive to the marina, their plans have to pass muster with a State Agency, the Bay Conservation and Development Commission, or BCDC.  BCDC has adopted a Bay Plan with tests for protecting access that the ferry project must pass.  They review access through a Design Review Board.  Here is a letter to BCDC, written by Jim McGrath about the problems with the project.
